As a proud Christian man, he finds fulfillment in his role as a husband to a loving wife and a father to a hardworking son. Rodney Pinzon is a seasoned executive with over 23 years of experience in various industries including Oil & Gas, Retail, Financial, Insurance, and Consulting. He has held key leadership positions such as General Manager, Board Member, and Vice President in major companies within these sectors. With a background in economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Rodney also holds postgraduate qualifications in Marketing, Commercial Management, Corporate Financial Management, and Project Management including Scrum. His expertise lies in Finance, Project Management, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, Administrative and Operational Management, Corporate Risk Management, and Business forecasting.
Outside of his professional life, Rodney is a dedicated husband and father of two sons. He enjoys staying active through workouts and running, and finds strength in his faith, following God in his daily life.

Gabriel is a diligent and hardworking individual who has been actively involved in the family business since the age of 15. With a deep understanding of the industry and a keen insight into client needs, he plays a vital role in marketing the business through social media channels, brochures and many other forms . Gabriel's hands-on experience has equipped him with the knowledge of how to effectively manage tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
